Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates and participating in the selection process;
Work with HR Business Partner & hiring manager to understand business and hiring needs;
Explore new recruitment channels to enhance diversity recruitment strategy;
Prepare the recruitment related reports;
Drive and be accountable for the local & overseas campus recruitment.

Requirements:

Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or other relevant disciplines;
Good understanding of recruitment tools and application tracking systems;
Proactive, energetic and results-driven;
Passion driven communication and with excellent interpersonal communication skills;
Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
