Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening and shortlisting candidates and participating in the selection process;
  • Work with HR Business Partner & hiring manager to understand business and hiring needs;
  • Explore new recruitment channels to enhance diversity recruitment strategy;
  • Prepare the recruitment related reports;
  • Drive and be accountable for the local & overseas campus recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management or other relevant disciplines;
  • Good understanding of recruitment tools and application tracking systems;
  • Proactive, energetic and results-driven;
  • Passion driven communication and with excellent interpersonal communication skills;
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
