Responsibilities:

Responsible for the supervision of the construction works assigned to him / her;
Carry out duties of a Contractor Employed Building Services Inspector team as detailed in the Site Administration Handbook (SAH) published by the ArchSD;
Manage and monitor the site activities conforming to the Employer’s Requirements, ArchSD General Specification, the Site Administration Handbook (SAH) and other documents as specified by the Project Manager or Supervisor or his/ her delegates.

Requirements:

Certificate in Building Services or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Polytechnic or Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical Institute / Technical College or equivalent; or
At least 5 years experience as a skilled worker in the field of Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; or
Successfully completed a recognized technician apprenticeship in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering; and
Attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English Languages equivalent to Form 3, with 3 years relevant post-qualification experience of site supervision of building services and E&M installations;
Good understanding and practice in safety;
Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
