Systems Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Ensure adequate support and maintenance of responsible Systems, including technical upgrades and functional enhancements.
• Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with end users, IT teammates, and vendors for issue resolution.
• Lead project implementation activities, including business requirement analysis, resource estimation, schedule development, application development, testing, cutover, post-launch support, and documentation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business units, vendors, and internal IT colleagues.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments as required.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' program development experience, with at least 2 years in an analyst position.
• Preferably programming experience in .Net, ReactJs, Angular.
• Hands-on experience in databases such as MS SQL Server or Oracle.
• Proficiency in MS IIS, Azure DevOps, Kubernetes.
• Experience in MS SharePoint, Mobile Development is an advantage.
• Self-driven, well-organized, and able to work independently with strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
