Responsibilities:

Assist and carry out duties related to works and the project to Resident Architect (RA) or delegate of the Project Manager and/or Supervisor as appropriate under works contracts as assigned by the Consultant(s) as appropriate;
Collaboration with other Resident Site Staff (RSS) ranks for delivery of works contracts and the project in safe, efficient and cost effective manner with good quality;
Other duties related to the consultancy works as appropriate, works contracts or the project as may be assigned by the head of the RSS team, their supervisors, RA or above or the Consultant(s) as appropriate from time to time.

Requirements:

Degree or Higher Diploma in Architecture obtained on completion of a 5-year full-time course of study or a qualification, which is acceptable to the Hong Kong Institute of Architects (HKIA) as satisfying the academic requirements for admission into the HKIA Professional Assessment;
Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
Fresh graduate will be considered and immediate available is highly preferrable;
Willing to work at site.
