Responsibilities:

• Project budget and cost control, prepare periodic financial budget report and presentations
• Manpower and resources budgeting, monthly monitoring, review and update
• Subcontract Procurement, negotiation and preparation for relevant Contract agreement
• Work closely with key members of the project team and liaise with subcontractors accordingly
• General post-award contract administration

Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or in related disciplines
• At least 3 years' experience in a similar position in the construction industry with experience in budget/cost control. Candidates with more years of experience may be considered for a more senior position
• Possess sound knowledge in budget analysis, risks and opportunities management
• Possess sound knowledge in construction sequencing and building methodology
• Meticulous, analytical, eye for details and a good team player
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Highly motivated, self-driven with initiatives to work independently
