Responsibilities:

Responsible for pre and post tendering activities by working with Estimating team;
Planning for MEP construction sequence, exploring any DfMA and MiMEP opportunity, and co-operate with Estimating/BIM/Animation Team for tender presentation;
Review and analysis tender (MEP) cost, provide technical support in all MEP aspects;
Assist the Construction / Contracts Manager in pre and post tender works;
Prepare cost analysis reports and construction planning of MEP works;
Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, clients and our site staff, and provide back-up support and assistant to building site operations.

Requirements:

Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines;
At least 10 years’ relevant experience, preferably in both Contractors and Main Contractor;
Preferably to be a Registered Professional Engineer and Corporate Member of Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering professional institute;
Proficient in both English and Chinese is preferred;
Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Project E&M Manager (Building).
