Description & Requirements
We are currently looking for a clerk to assist in general clerical and administrative duties. You will be responsible for providing administration support including: issuance of purchase orders, mail handling, office maintenance, warehouse management, corporate event / meeting room setup and general administration supports.
- F.5 or above and at least 1 years' clerical / administration experience;
- Experience in the construction industry is highly preferred;
- Knowledge of MS Office (MS Word & Excel);
- Good command of spoken English and Chinese;
- Willing to work at site working hours;
- Location: Tung Chung, Sheung Shui, Kwun Tong, Tseung Kwan O etc;
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Assistant Site Administrator or Senior Site Clerk.
- 5 working days per week
