Description & Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with new businesses or prospective start-ups that will primarily improve Gammon's business operations;
  • Assist the Sales Manager in monitoring budgets, achieving KPIs and business targets of Digital G;
  • Assist in day-to-day business operations of Digital G, including service delivery and monitoring sales performance;
  • Provide after-sale follow-ups of add-on services or additional services to clients;
  • Consolidate use-cases and values/benefits for company portfolio;
  • Explore new business opportunities through internal stakeholders and external networks.



Qualifications

  • Higher Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Engineering or other relevant disciplines, with minor in business is an advantage;
  • At least 5 years B2B sales experience;
  • Experience in Construction / Engineering / other innovation projects is preferred;
  • Knowledge of digitization / innovation technologies in the Construction sector is preferred.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills;
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese;
  • Proficient in MS Office.
