Responsibilities:

To lead and manage the logistics teams in handling concrete orders planning and delivery;
To lead and manage mixer truck fleets including Implementation of actions to lift productivity of truck fleets to achieve target performance;
Oversee system operations and project-based implementation for system;
Provides supports for other functional units within the department;
Provide technical support on concrete order and dispatch optimization systems.

Requirements:

Degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences or related disciplines;
Relevant construction materials industry background and qualifications;
At least 10 years’ relevant experience in related fields;
Able to work with other functions / externals to do solutioning, independently, mature with good problem-solving skills;
Proficient in English with excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
