Engineer, Technology Implementation

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and assist in establishing pilot projects and the implementation of innovative ideas on construction projects.
• Contribute to the development of digital strategies and support the implementation at group and site level.
• Responsible for formulating maintenance plan and fault investigation.
• Review conventional processes and identify improvements through digital ways of working.
• Promote Gammon's innovative culture, both internally and externally.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronic/ Electrical/ Digital) or related discipline;
• 3 years’ experience in digital ways of working and driving change;
• Able to identify and establish new ways of working and then implement change across a team or organisation;
• A good command of written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Holder of Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) is preferred.
