We are currently looking for high caliber person to join our Indirect Procurement Department on the transformation project. Your responsibilities will include:

• Contribute in developing procurement plan for major material and selected subcontract packages for tenders and projects;
• Sourcing, compiling and analysing major material and subcontract costs for further negotiation and recommendation for award of packages;
• Establishing and managing relationships with capable and competitive manufacturers, suppliers and subcontractors;
• Conducting supply chain study and analysis on key trades for quality, competitiveness and expanding low carbon supply partners;
• Coordinating with the pre-construction team and site operation team in pre & post construction stage.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Procurement and Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Building Engineering, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or related disciplines;
• 5 - 7 years' relevant experience in project procurement preferred;
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and with a team of colleagues at different levels in a co-operative, pro-active, agile & open manner;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Procurement Officer.
