Description & Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer advice and support on labour dispute matters, contributing to a positive employee relations environment.
  • Establish a systematic approach to record management to ensure data accuracy and facilitate management reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to arrive at smooth and efficient resolutions.
  • Conduct fact-finding or investigation as necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant company policies and statutory ordinances.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience.
  • A good command of English and Chinese (proficiency in Putonghua a plus).
  • Knowledge of the employee relations scene in Hong Kong and related ordinances and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, a good sense of judgment, as well as the ability to connect with people with diverse backgrounds.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, capable of working with minimal supervision and under a tight timeline.
  • Detail-conscious and proficient in preparing both graphical and narrative management reports.
