Description & Requirements

The Senior Officer works closely with the Head of Corporate Communications and the team to support Gammon's CSR, communications and brand to ensure consistency and governance across all channels and engagement touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and implementing a comprehensive range of corporate communications, brand and stakeholder engagement activities, including events, videos production, presentation, external inquiries, and publications;
Work independently and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage the content development and maintenance of Gammon’s owned and social platforms;
Keep abreast of industry news through research and prepare summaries. Monitor the company’s online reputation. Develop regular content calendar and insights reports;
Coordinate across teams to manage CSR and sponsorship reporting, company archives and team administrative tasks;
Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years working experience in corporate communications;
Solid experience in content creation and copywriting for corporate and social media channels. A keen eye for details and ability to handle ad hoc or ambiguous situations;
Strong project management capabilities. Ability to think commercially and creatively;
Independent self-starter with strong problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders. A team player with a growth mindset.
