Responsibilities

·       Co-ordinating day-to-day site activities to ensure smooth and efficient operation

·       To liaise between subcontractors, consultants and clients on co-ordination and programme issues

·       Responsible for tender preparation and cost control, material drawing submission and method statement submission

·       Prepare the statutory submissions (WSD and BD)

·       Prepare the site survey and proceed the A&A works

Qualifications

·       Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services / Mechanical Engineering or relevant disciplines;

·       At least 7 years’ P&D site working experience;

·       Details oriented with strong safety awareness and problem solving skill;

·       Independent and able to work under pressure and tight schedule;

·       Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
