Job Description

Monitor and guide the Assistant Clerk of Works to supervise the Contractor’s works；
Assist the Resident Engineer / Architect to review technical and material submissions and design details on construction drawings；
Inspect and monitor the Contractor’s progress to comply with the works programme.

Requirement

Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Studies from the Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Polytechnic / Hong Kong Polytechnic University, or equivalent;
Attained language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent;
At least 8 years’ relevant post-working experience with 5 years’ relevant experience as RACOW or equivalent in public works projects.
