Job Descriptions:

Provide support in tendering and cost estimation;
Liaise and collaborate with relevant parties in carrying out cost management and contract administration;
Study tender documents, tender specification and drawings;
Carry out quantity take-off;
Make quotation enquiry to material suppliers and sub-contractors;
Prepare entire cost estimation works based on preliminary tender design;
Response to queries raised during the tender process.

Job Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying / Building Construction / Business / Marketing or equivalent;
Thorough knowledge and experience in estimating, tendering and post contract activities;
Good communication and problem-solving skills, strong negotiation skills, time management skills;
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Candidate with less experience or fresh graduate will be considered.
