Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Provide general administrative supports to the Executive Office;
• Organise and participate in corporate events and social functions.
• Assist in preparing business correspondences, presentation materials and reports;
• Coordinate and support various internal and external meetings;
• Coordinate and liaise with different internal departments and/or external business corporations;
• Sort and review incoming mails / emails / correspondences and route them to relevant departments;
• Maintain an effective filing in the Executive Office;
• Provide general clerical supports, e.g. mailing, photocopying and data entry etc;
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:
• Degree in relevant disciplines is preferred;
• 3-5 years’ secretarial experience, preferably in a sizable company;
• Social functions and event management experience preferred;
• Proactive, mature, organized and detail-oriented;
• Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint); Prezi is preferred; good IT knowledge an advantage;
• Good command in spoken English and Mandarin.
