Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Investigate and assess the site information / potential site constraints for the development projects;
  • Plan and supervise the construction of landscape works, preservation and protection of existing trees and tree risk assessment.
  • Provide professional advice on Landscape Works, including landscape hardworks, landscape softworks, establishment works, tree works and tree risk assessment related matters;
  • Check of Landscape Works, including landscape hardworks, landscape softworks, establishment works, tree works and tree risk assessment related submissions;
  • Carry out duties as assigned by the Project Manager or his / her delegate.
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma or higher qualification in Landscape Architectural studies from a University or Tertiary Institution or equivalent; 
  • Attained language proficiency requirements of Level 2* or above in English Language and Chinese Language in HKCEE / HKDSE or equivalent;
  • At least 1 year’s appropriate post-qualification experience;
  • Professional member of a Fellow of the Hong Kong Institute of Landscape Architects (HKILA) and a Registered Landscape Architect (RLA) as accepted by the Landscape Architects Registration Board of Hong Kong under the Landscape Architects Registration Ordinance, or equivalent;
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
