Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Head of Assurance to conduct and lead internal control reviews of Gammon’s business projects;
  • Work with different business units to establish and review project delivery standards and related procedures;
  • Conduct follow-up audits to ensure that suitable improvement actions are taken by project teams;
  • Coach and develop junior members of the department;
  • Carry out ad hoc assignments as directed by management;
  • Travel within Hong Kong and occasionally overseas.

Requirements: 
  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering or relevant subjects;
  • Professional qualifications in HKICPA, CIA, CISA;
  • At least 10 years of experience in internal audit function, with at least 3 years at supervisory level;
  • Experience in leading audit reviews involving multiple stakeholders across the organization;
  • Independent and think outside of the box; a change agent and “hands-on” in driving changes;
  • A team player with excellent communication and influencing skills in English;
  • Strong computing knowledge including data analytics;
  • Experience in the construction industry is a plus.

Candidate will more or less experience will be considered as Senior Quality Assurance Manager or Assistant Quality Assurance Manager.
